I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and cozy, and I loved the complimentary cake provided. However, the view from the window facing the well-like atrium was not my favorite. The service was exceptional, especially the housekeeping team. The location was perfect, right on the Famous No 28 tram route and in a quiet and safe area with great dining options within walking distance. The dining experience, with Japanese food available, was delightful. The facilities were top-notch, and the small terrace to the back yard was a nice touch.
